Hello, and welcome to Ashburn Counseling in Federal Way.
The key to a good life is not the pursuit of happiness but rather the knowledge that each life has meaning, and the people we share life with help to enhance our belonging.
I approach therapy from a systemic perspective influenced by experiential therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy techniques.
I enjoy working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe that wellness and wholeness come from the meaningful interactions people experience with each other in life.
Therapy is a place for people to experience healing through human connection, feel heard, share life's hardships, and provide an opportunity for growth to become the person you were meant to be.
Telehealth Options
My office remains open for conducting therapy sessions either in person or via telehealth. I am offering the option to engage in telehealth services (remote encrypted video services) for clients who desire to no longer come into the office and are still wanting to engage in receiving services.
